Return & Exchange

Our Return Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 Days Have Gone By Since The Delivery Of Your Purchase, We Can't Offer You A Refund Or Exchange. Before shipping back, please email us firstly for the shipping address. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. We have all the rights to refuse the package if you send it back without our permission.

When You Receive The Order. If The Hair Quality & Hair Color & Hair Length Is Incorrect, Please Email Our Aftersale Service pandorhair.com@gmail.com, We Will Assist You Further.

Note:

  • Online purchases (gifts excluded) made through pandorahair.com are valid for exchange and return within 30 days from the date you've received all your item(s).
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, it must also be in the original packaging. For bundles weft, that weft must be unfolded, worn, or tampered with; For Lace wigs, Lace should be intact and hair unwashed. you can not apply heat or styling products or perfumes. Pictures with intact lace are required; For Upart wigs, no return/exchange will be allowed if you cut the tapes at the " U" shape area or tamper the hair in any way such as brushing, washing, colored, or bleached and so on. 

Here are the situations that may cause disputes

Delivery on the way

Item not received:

  1. Parcel seized by customs: It is buyer's duty to do customts clearance. Therefore, you should contact the customs office to take your parcel once it has been seized. Please feel free to contact us if you need any documents to clear customs (such as invoice).
  2. Status of shipment stagnated for a long time: If status of the parcel stagnated for a long time, we advise you to contact your local DHL to check it for you, at the same time; we will ask our shipping agent to figure out what happened to your parcel. You can keep in touch with us until the parcel is delivered successfully.

Unsuccessful delivery:

  1. If the parcel is delivered unsuccessfully because of wrong address offered by buyer. We are not responsible for any loss caused.
  2. If the parcel was sent to a wrong address, or was lost by the shipping company, we can resend the parcel to you or offer you a refund. Item not as described: You are encouraged to open the parcel to check the item once it is delivered to your house. You should contact us within 15 days if you are not satisfied with the item.

Return/refund for no reasons

30 Days No Reason Return Available For Unused Items

  • Pandora Hair Pay shipping back cost for Quality Problem
  • Buyer pay the shipping back cost for Non-Quality Problem

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
